Refund Policy
Thank you for showing interest in our programs. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our programs.
As with any online purchase, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy associated with that purchase. When you buy any Wharton program distributed in collaboration with Simplilearn, you agree to our privacy policy, terms of use, and refund policy.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- The refund request is required to be submitted within 7 days of purchase of the program. Any refund request raised beyond 7 days of purchasing the program will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- For programs where the mode of delivery is just self-paced videos, money back guarantee is void-
- If the participant has accessed more than 25% of the online self-paced content of any e-learning course within the program
- If the participant has downloaded any e-book associated with the program
- For programs where the mode of delivery is blended in nature, i.e. it includes delivery through live-online instructor-led sessions along with self-paced videos, money back guarantee is void-
- If the participant has accessed more than 25% of the online self-paced content of any e-learning course within the program
- If the participant has downloaded any e-book associated with the program
- If the participant has attended online classroom sessions or received the session recordings for more than 1 day
- Notwithstanding the above mentioned 3 points, any booking fee paid by the participant towards securing his/her seat in a program shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The below mentioned program(s) do not fall under the purview of the above mentioned points (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the refund policy. No refund is applicable for these program(s) once you make full/part payment for them.
- In case of duplicate payments, refund will be processed to the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
Simplilearn reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the refund request is approved by Simplilearn.
